Monthly Sil Programme
The monthly full moon day religious observances in held at the Vihara premises with the participation of devotees. It is conducted in Sinhala medium for now. However, it is possible to participate in the mindfulness session in the morning. The Sil programme starts at 8:30 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. A general programme schedule is as follows.

Sil Programme is conducted to provide an opportunity for the devotees to enhance their spiritual life in an effective way. Throughout the day, devotees and other contributors would have the valuable opportunity to engage in 2 hours of mindfulness sessions and Dhamma talks delivered by senior monks.
Please inform us if you wish to participate in our upcoming sil programmes. You also have the opportunity to contribute on the day of the Sil Programme.
General Contributions:
- Provide refreshments for Monks and other (Sil) laypeople in the morning.
- Mid-Day meal (Dahawal Danaya) for Monks and other (Sil) laypeople.
- Support by helping us on the day (labour).
- Sponsor for a Pirikara or any offering items.
